Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermo Electric Co. SM100 , CB100450-01 , C0-E1-11AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thomson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Russell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Thermo-Fisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thomson such as the CG25AAANRG25NL0560 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3127w manufactured by Russell and we are pleased to be able to service most Russell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 102145101 by Manufacturer Thermo-Fisher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Thk Brand KR3310A0300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Time-o-matic such as 3752504 equipment made by Time-o-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Time-o-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Time-o-matic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC15113C made by Timeplex as well as the popular MAX607L original spares produced by Thorlabs

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MR94611L1JQY by Tigear and 3752504 spares by Time-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HC11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thermo.
